Dear Cousins,

Your interesting and valuable letters were duly received for which accept my thanks. I will proceed at once to answer the request made in the letter.

My father Thomas Hutchinson son of Mathias & Elizabeth Hutchinson was born the 20th day of 2 mo. 1766.

My mother, Ann Cary Walker, daughter of Emmanuel & Ann Walker was born the 18th day of 6 mo. 1767.

They were married at Buckingham Meeting of Friends the 15th day of the 1st mo. 1794, Certificate recorded in Meeting Book at page 383.

They moved the 1 of 5 mo. 1821 to the town of Genoa, County of Cayuga and State of New York.

My mother departed this life the 31st day of the 12 mo. 1831 aged 64 years 6 months & 13 days. My father departed this life the 11 of 8th month 1846 aged 80 years 5 months & 22 days. Both were interred in Scipio burying grounds.

My mother has recorded my birth the 24th day of the 12th mo. 1795. I was married the 23rd day of 10th mo. 1830 according to the Order of Friends in Dutchess County N. York to Hannah C. Doty the residence at that time of her parents Isaac & Elizabeth Doty who afterward removed to Scipio where they died aged each about 80 years.

My grandfather, Emmanuel Walker & grandmother resided in the city of Philadelphia and both died of the yellow fever of 1793.

My wife, Hannah C. Hutchinson, departed this life the 20th day of the 11 mo. 1844 aged 38 years 1 mo. & 5 days and was interred with the other members of our family at Scipio.

I will add my grandmother Walker's maiden name was Ann Cary, was daughter of Samuel & Sarah Cary. I have spelled Cary as my mother spelled it without an E.
